Short Biography

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Gopalganj Science and Technology University (GSTU), Gopalganj. My academic journey began at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), where I earned my B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in May 2016, securing 3rd position among 120 students with a CGPA of 3.87 and receiving the Dean's List Award and University Merit Scholarship throughout my studies. I am also currently completing my M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at KUET with a CGPA of 3.92.
I started my teaching career as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) in November 2016, where I served until November 2018. I then joined GSTU as a Lecturer in November 2018 and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Professor in June 2023.
Throughout my academic career at GSTU, I have actively conducted a wide range of undergraduate theory and laboratory courses, including Electrical Machines, Control System Engineering, Power Systems, and VLSI Design. I also guide student projects and practical sessional courses in electrical and electronic engineering.
To date, I have authored 7 peer-reviewed publications, including 3 international journal articles and 4 international IEEE conference papers. My core research focus encompasses renewable energy, solar cell design, photovoltaic materials, perovskite materials, and power system protection and control.
