Short Biography

Md. Momin Khan started his career as a newish in the Department of Food and Agro-process Engineering of this University in June 2022. As soon as he completed his Masters in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University, He started working for the State University of Bangladesh as a faculty in the Department of Food Engineering & Technology. He left the job on June 2022. His brilliant result at both Bachelor’s and Masters Level led his mind to be a researcher and a teacher. He has interest in food processing and preservation, refrigeration and cold storage design, food safety risk assessment, food quality control, food chemistry, food microbiology, food waste management, renewable energy, etc. He is a learner and loves learning novel technologies in his related field.
