Short Biography

I am currently an aspiring academic and researcher in Fisheries based in Ghonapara, Gopalganj. My academic journey began with my S.S.C. in 2013 from Khoksa Janipur Pilot High School and H.S.C. in 2015 from Khoksa Govt. College. I earned both my B.Sc. in Fisheries (Hons.) in 2020 and M.S. in Fishing and Post Harvest Technology in 2023 from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka, securing an A+ grade (CGPA 4.00) in my M.S.
I started my professional research career as a Research Assistant at SAU in July 2022, investigating heavy metal health risks in fish species from southern Bangladesh. Following my graduate studies, I served as a Research Assistant on a project funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology (2023–2024), focusing on the development and evaluation of value-added battered fish products from underutilized small indigenous species.
Throughout my academic and extracurricular involvement, I have actively participated in institutional leadership, serving as a volunteer and blood donor for Badhon (SAU Unit) and an active member of the SAU Language Club and Debating Club. I have also completed professional training in fisheries development technologies with the Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI).
To date, I have authored 4 peer-reviewed scientific publications in international journals focusing on post-harvest fish processing, product quality evaluation, and heavy metal toxicology. My core research focus encompasses post-harvest handling, fish product development, microbial and sensory evaluation, aquaculture management, and food safety.
