Dr. Mostafizur Rahman was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh on January 6, 1985. He completed his BBA and MBA at the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. He started his career in 2011 as a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Having worked there for nearly two years, he moved to North East University Bangladesh, Sylhet where he worked for another year. Currently, he is working as an associate professor in the Department of Management Studies at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has a Ph.D. in management specializing in management and organizational sustainability from Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He has 14 years of academic and research experience. Dr. Rahman conducts research in management, organizational sustainability, human resource management, green and innovative behavior, socially responsible and green HRM, emotional intelligence, and foreign remittance.
