Short Biography


  • I am currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Gopalganj Science and Technology University (GSTU), Gopalganj. My educational background began with achieving GPA 5.00 in both S.S.C. (2009) from Kamrunnesa Govt. Girls’ High School and H.S.C. (2011) from Ideal School and College, Dhaka. I completed my B.Sc. (CGPA 3.74) and M.Sc. (GPA 3.73) in Physics from the University of Dhaka in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Later, I earned my PhD (Doctor of Engineering) from the Muroran Institute of Technology, Japan, completing my degree between April 2022 and March 2025.

    I started my academic career as a Lecturer at Primeasia University in June 2018 before joining GSTU as a Lecturer in November 2018. I was subsequently promoted to Assistant Professor in April 2021 and to Associate Professor in June 2026. Over the years at GSTU, I have taught various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Solid State Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Superconductivity, Atmospheric Physics, Geophysics, and Mechanics.

    To date, I have published 11 peer-reviewed scientific articles in international journals and actively presented my research at numerous international conferences and symposia, primarily across Japan. I have also been recognized with several honors, including the Creative Collaboration Center (CCC) Award in Japan and the National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship in 2017. My primary research expertise covers perovskite solar cells, optoelectronic materials, computational physics, and functional nanomaterials.
