Short Biography

  • I am currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Gopalganj Science and Technology University (GSTU), Gopalganj. My academic foundation began with my S.S.C. from Kchona SC High School in 2002 and H.S.C. from Saidpur Govt. Technical College in 2004. I earned my B.Sc. (1st Class 6th) and M.Sc. (1st Class 2nd) degrees in Physics from the University of Dhaka in 2010 and 2012, respectively. Later, I completed my Doctor of Engineering (PhD) degree in Molecular Spectroscopy at Muroran Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2025 under the prestigious Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship.

I began my career as a full-time Lecturer in Physics at Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) in May 2012, where I was promoted to Senior Lecturer in June 2016. In April 2018, I joined GSTU as a Lecturer in Physics, subsequently advancing to Assistant Professor in July 2019 and Associate Professor in June 2026. Throughout my academic career at GSTU, I have taught various undergraduate and postgraduate courses—including LASER Physics, Advanced Nuclear Physics, Classical Electrodynamics, and Nanophysics—and supervised over 15 undergraduate research projects.

To date, I have authored 15 peer-reviewed scientific publications in international journals and presented my research at numerous global conferences and symposia, including events in Japan and Egypt. My core research expertise focuses on molecular spectroscopy (Stark spectroscopy), laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), perovskite solar cell modeling, and materials science.
